Renee Francis is an entrepreneur who, at the age of 27, founded The Bubble Co. – a completely remote and flexible full-service digital marketing agency. After working for 10 years in 10 different companies with structures, environments and people that did not serve her, she was left feeling frustrated, exhausted, undervalued and depressed.

This helped Renee built the grit, resilience and desire to shake up the 9-5 world. First seeking flexibility for her own life, Renee is now fuelled by her passion to offer this lifestyle to as many other people as possible, which has led her to grow this into a multi-million-dollar company. Renee is passionate about the decentralised world and is a stocks, property and crypto investor.

Today, Renee is leading The Bubble Co team to transition companies from web 2 to web 3, while helping web 3 start- ups launch successful projects.
