As Chief Risk and Operations Officer, Kimbrais responsible for developing leading-edge risk processes and policies that benefit both x15 and its ventures. This includes creating and ensuring the right conditions for ventures to plug into CBA at pace, while keeping the Group safe.
Kimbra wasa member of the founding team at x15, leading efforts to manage risk, compliance obligations and better customer outcomes for early-stage innovation in the CBA Innovation Labs.
Before joining x15, she worked in L1 and L2 risk and compliance roles with CBA, focused on delivery of key strategic initiatives. With a background in international management consulting, Kimbra spent more than 14 years at EY, working with global corporations to startups, and everything in between.
